Q-Assist provides software and related services to help businesses manage WhatsApp-based customer communication, lead qualification, and sales operations.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp and customer data complies with applicable privacy, data-protection, and platform requirements.

3. Data and Security

We apply commercially reasonable safeguards to protect service data. You remain responsible for account access controls, internal user management, and secure handling of your business credentials.

4. Availability

We aim for reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, platform dependency interruptions, and third-party outages may affect service performance.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q-Assist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
